At the meeting, staff of the Office of Survey & Design and Scientific Technology of the Construction Committee reported the result of sampling inspection for drawing of surveying and design, as well as law enforcement inspection of supervision of surveying and design by the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development in the first and second quarter of 2015, also gave assignment of replacing certificate by review institutes of the provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and raised some requirements to review institutes on implementing documents about building energy efficiency, green building, and building industrialization review.
