It is stated in Notice on Replacing and Issuing New Edition of Qualification Certificate for Construction Enterprises issued by the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development that, any construction enterprises registered in Sichuan, shall renew qualification certificates in accordance with requirements by Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.

From July 1, 2016, the old edition of qualification certificate for construction enterprises shall be invalid. During transitional period any enterprises applying for qualification upgrading and scope expansion shall submit application after replacement of all existing qualification certificates. In case of enterprises reshuffle, business merger and division, the enterprises may apply for qualification change after renewing the certificates.

To provide assistance for replacing and issuing new edition qualification certificate, the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development will verify and check timely whether construction enterprises of our province with certificates are qualified to meet standards in a dynamic manner.
