Aimed to assistant management personnel at all levels on difficulties-solving and effective management, the company organized leaders from each department, project and subsidiary on Saturday for training of Situational Leadership.
This training was presented by Ms. Liu, the administrative director, and Mr. Cao, project manager from SM project, which mainly discussed about the 4 stages in employee development and 4 corresponding types of leadership. Moreover, the training has indicated how to make the 4 types of leadership more applicable to each employee.
During the course, lecturers used various teaching methods such as case analysis, leadership type test and roll play. All participants take an active part in the process and applied theories from course with practical training.
Through the training, leaders of company have gained a basic understanding with the employee performance in 4 different development stages, and have known better about corresponding leadership methods. We are deeply convinced that it will contribute further help in future management.
