Aimed to offer assistance to leadership on difficulties-solving and effective management, the company organized leaders from each department and project on Saturday for training of How to be a Good Manager.
Training was given by Ms.Li, deputy general manager from development department, which mainly in 5 chapters: To rise team expectation, to determine development stage, to clarify leadership cognition, to encourage employees and to improve EQ of managers.
Ms.Li presented the training by multiple manners like scenario simulation, game interaction, and video. Participants of training warmly shared ideas and came up with applicable methods and manners of better management.
This training offered a lot to leaders of company about how to be a good manager and will help them to improve comprehensive abilities.
