With the arrival of a new graduation season, our company has employed a group of graduating students specialize in engineering construction, accounting and project cost. In order to make them get into work soon, understand aspects of company and enterprise culture better, our company has organized a one-day new staff training on May 5, 2016.
This training is undertook in the following four aspects: first, complete their psychological transformation of roles from students to professionals; second, acquaint them with enterprise and professional quality which new employees should possess; third, master the scientific way of working and basic method of solving problems; forth, acquire skills to get along with their boss. In order to adjust themselves and adapt to work as soon as possible, these freshmen with dreams and good attitude actively participated in the training and also spoke enthusiastically.
With continual development of the company, Huayan has came to campus for recruiting every year since 2015 and provide more jobs for new graduates as much as possible, hoping they can realize self-worth and show their abilities on this platform.
