Notice on Administrative License Approval Decision of Construction Enterprise

 In accordance with Administrative Permission Law of the People’s Republic ofChinaand construction qualification provisions of relevant laws and regulations, the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has reviewed and verified applications submitted by applicants for administrative licenses and has publicized the preliminary examination opinions. The approval decision is as follow:

       In this notice, the newly established or upgraded enterprises may perform related business activities after obtaining safety production license or completing corresponding procedures of safety production license within six months from obtaining enterprise qualification certificate; qualifications will be reviewed if they fail to obtain license in six months.
