Chengdu SM Sapphire Project phase I, which was constructed by our company, has been awarded as model project of new architectural technology application in 2021 by Housing and Urban&Rural Development Department of Sichuan Province after the process of independent declaration, on-site inspection and review by experts, review by evaluation committee and publicity.

Chengdu SM Sapphire Project is located at the intersection of WUQINGXI ROAD Number 2 and YEXING North Road, WUHOU District. The project is divided into two phases, including high-rise, overlapping and commercial architectures. It is positioning itself as a middle and high-end residential community, with 18F high-rise residential towers plus 4F overlapping houses and a small amount of commercial buildings. The surrounding education resources covers kindergarten to middle school, and is adjacent to WUHOU District Government Affairs Service Center and Neighborhood Committee . The Phase I of the project has won the title. In the phase II, we will stick to the contents in the application form of new technology application model project strictly, and accomplish the construction of model project with high quality and efficiency. Meanwhile, we will further increase the investment in scientific and technological innovation and the transformation and utilization of achievements, and promote the transformation and upgrading of construction industry to improve quality and efficiency.
