Hosted by Ms.Liu, Director of the Administration Center, and Mr.Xiang, Deputy Chief Engineer, the 2019 interns workshop took place on May 22^nd. During which, the interns shared their impressions of Huayan company, the knowledge as well as challenges from recent work and how are they getting used to their new life.

         Ms. Liu and Mr. Xiang respectively replied to each intern’s queries on both work and life in examples of their own experience. Moreover, the two directors shared their belief that each position has its importance and professionalism. They were convinced   that the only way to do well and even outdo other competitors in one’s position is to lay down concrete knowledge basis. While some of the essential knowledge, known as “Direct Knowledge”, were unable to obtain from text books, but only from personal experience. Ms.Liu and Mr.Xiang expressed their hope for interns to equip themselves with more practical skills by overcoming difficulties, and to lay solid basis to future work by making persistent effort.

         This workshop offered an access to hear the interns’ voice, which will help the company to better organize manpower management and employee planning.
