On May 21^st, on the purpose of helping all departments to better understand the procedures of bidding so as to optimize their own bidding process, the company organized a training lecture on bidding knowledge facing relevant employees from all departments and project divisions.

        Given by Mr.Wang, the executive vice president,the lecture contains two parts of inviting and bidding. Elaborating on classification, forms, scope and the contents, Mr.Wang has gave a detailed introduction to the work flow of bidding invitation and its relevant preparation in demand. The bidding procedure, including the bidding document,construction management plan and the commercial bid, has been carefully explained as well.

        The employees obtained a further understanding on inviting and bidding process by having this training, and it will help all departments on closer cooperation in future bidding work.
