To better help
new employees to understand and integrate, the company organized an orientation
training for the 12 second batch of new employees this morning. Apart from
social recruitment, most of the recruits is graduate students who majored in
English, accounting, engineering cost, surveying and mapping geographic
information technology, heating, ventilation and air conditioning engineering
technology, human resources management.etc.
Considering the new employees’ condition and their needs, the Director of Administration and the Director of HR Office have give them a specific introduction of company history, business scope, project generals, company culture, work frame&mechanism and intern management.
Rather than a comprehensive understanding to the company, the trainees also gained two more factors as mindset and work skill, that are critical to self-development, from this orientation training. The company is aimed to offer a good platform to every employee and encourages career-planing. This training serves to help recruits to better integrate into the group and devoted themselves to work and to realize self-value in the future.
