Middle of November, Xiamen city Construction Quality Safety Management Association has granted the XM Robinsons Land Plaza Phase 03 Project which contracted to our company for 2017 honorable mention award.

Enjoying a flat and convenient transportation, XM Robinsons Land Plaza Phase 03 locates at the intersection of Xia He Road and Jin Bang Road at Si Ming District, with floor area of 2695.7 ㎡，a total construction area of 71030.6 ㎡. The high-end office building was equipped with comprehensive facilities including office area and shopping mall.

The 6^th -30^th floor is office area, with 30 units in each floor. One of the characteristics of this project is massive quantity of partition walls, leading the quality of plastering work a key factor to project overall quality and cost control. In order to achieve high-quality in plastering work and to avoid potential retreatment cause by common failing in plastering, our project office has established a QC team on June of 2016.  

Prior to and during the plastering work, the QC team has invited local companies and project teams from other cities to site for inspection and communication. Each construction procedure need to be fully discussed before put into effect, to conduct acceptance and technical disclosure before implementation. With effort of a whole year, the plastering work finished in perfection without wall hollow flaws, which achieved QC teams’s initial goal and has lay the foundation of applying Xiamen City High-Quality Award.
