Dec 16th welcomed the grand opening of Chongqing Robinsons
Land Plaza Project built by our team.
Located at Qi Xing Gang area of Yuzhong district, Robinsons Land Plaza
dominated the upper heart of Jie Fang Bei area with Zhong Shan Yi Road on the
north, Zhong Shan branch on the west and Xing Long street on the south. The developer opened phase 01 out of 3 phases
of this project. Phase 01 has construction area of 150,000 m2, 334 units
matched with complete facilities such as shopping center, cinema, gym, compressive
super market and even kindergarten.
Standing at the core of CBD,
Robinsons Land Plaza exterior look was designed in unique shape of vertical
lines to emphasize “forceful
straight ”sense of architecture
itself. The façade look maintained
the unified concept of straight sense to use straight lines, while using
massive stone texture on the base to balance the high-rise building with sense
of stabilization. The project has units from 40m2 to 90 m2 with river-side view
as well as various reasonable layout. Independency and space efficiency are the
highlight point of unit design.
Up to the first
day of opening, 113 units of Robinsons Land Plaza Phase 01 have embraced their owner.
