In the strict assessment of civilized construction site held by Chengdu Construction Project Safety Control Team, our project of Chengdu SM Plaza Phase II has won the title of Civilized Construction Standard Site.

Chengdu SM Plaza Phase II Project locates at No.29 East 2rd Section of 2rd Ring Raid, Chenghua district. The project, which commenced on Nov 26^th of 2015, is 7 storey residence plus 4 storey of basement with total floor area of 25000 ㎡, construction area of 175000㎡. The very deep basement requires solid foundation and slop protection as well as good water drainage system. Design safety is first grade.

         The assessment of Chengdu civilized construction site has strict requirement and systematic standard. It is Huayan team’s collective effort that earned the honor. The project is currently undergoing, in which we will do a good job in quality control and safety supervision. The residential project, “SM Silk”, was presented to the market already.
