In the strict assessment of civilized construction site held by Wuhou District Construction Bureau, our project of Chengdu Xinyao Sapphire Block Project has won the title of Civilized Construction Standardized Site.

Xinyao Sapphire Bloc situates at a favorable location at  Banbian Street, Jitou town, Wuhou district of Chengdu City. With a total floor area of 85484.34 ㎡, and a total construction area of 314700 ㎡, it is planned to be developed in 2 phases. The undergoing Phase I is proposed to officially commence on April 21^st this year.

Xinyao Sapphire Bloc Project consists of  high-rise, duplex and commercial units. A classic, well-landscaped architectural tone was set to this project. Aiming to contribute a benchmarking high-quality building group to this area. The sales center will be able to open to public in this October, welcome to visit on site.

2 months from the very commencement of Xinyao Sapphire project to today, we have earned the honor of Civilized Construction Standardized Site within an amazing short period. The honor itself reflects our collective effort & ability in the past and enormous potentiality in the future.
