One March 25,our company organized and conducted the employee orientation training to help the graduates of 2017 to change their role from university student to corporate man and get themself involved in the team quickly.
Employee orientation training conducted by the ways of discuss, interact, summary, video learning, and teach. Considering the features and requirements of the graduates, the employee orientation training including: 1. How to change the role and overcome the psychological gap, keep the sunlight in the heart; 2. Learn the company, and understand the professional quality that employee should have; 3. Learn the scientific way to work. 4. Learn the skill to get along with superior; 5. Learn the bussies etiquette and communication skill during work; 6. Learn the company culture, business distribution, project status, regulations, etc.
Though the employee orientation training, all the graduates already had a more comprehensive understanding to our company, and learned the working attitude and working skill, which are the two key points of making progress. All the graduates expressed that they have benefit a lot from the employee orientation training.
