Located at No.29, East Section 2, 2^nd Ring Road, Chenghua District, this proposed project consists of seven high-rise apartment buildings and four floors of basement overall, covering an area of about 25,000 square meters with gross floor area is 175,000 square meters. These seven high-rise apartment buildings including: three 33-storey, 102.90-meter high buildings, two 32-storey, 99.50-meter high buildings and two 26-storey, 82.25-meter high buildings; besides, the depth of basement is 17.1 to 18.9 meters. Taking into consideration of large load from high-rise buildings and depth of basement, ground strength, deformation and excavation supporting, dewatering are demanding for SM residential project, also, the design safety rank is first class.
