On Feb 23rd 2019, Sichuan Huayan Group management team has arrived Chongqing for project observation and experience exchange activities. The work plan meeting of the coming year has been held at Liang Jiang Li Jing Hotel at Chongqing the day after.
As known, learning is the
foundation of starting and developing a career. At the purpose of improving the
comprehensive quality of employees'working skills, working efficiency and
working attitude, and of cultivating a compound management team with integrity,
management and fine skills, Huayan Group organized this observation activity.
The observation mainly focus on eight key and challenging points that Chongqing Robinsons Land Project faces, saying earth excavation, slop support, corridor protection and wall rock void construction of pedestrian passage, high strength mass concrete construction, large section frame support structure construction, T3 foundation transfer layer construction, high formwork construction, BRB construction technology application, tower crane transfer steel platform foundation construction and so on. The project grade is “Qualified”, and won the high-quality project prize in “Bayu Cup” award. The project is highly difficult and challenging, many new technologies in construction area has been applied. As the good side of this point, it is meanwhile very helpful to our construction team on technology&skill improvement.
Standing at the new start of a year, the group also planning its new year work for future development. The 2019 Work Plan Meeting has been held on Feb 24th. At the meeting, each department and subsidiaries has given a review of their work of the past year, and proposed delicate work plan for the year of 2019.
Mr.Pan, President of the group, reviewed and summarized the general work of the Group in 2018. In 2018, the Group's overall operating output value rose steadily, while branches in Chongqing, Xiamen and Overseas Trading Company have landed successfully. Along with the achievements, Mr.Pan also pointed out some defects. He put forward the guiding ideology of the whole year's work of Huayan Group in 2019, saying to promote the transformation of the development mode, to promote structural adjustment and improve the quality of development, and to increase economic efficiency and enhance the development potential as the working goal. He also mentioned that 2019’s development shall focus on the following 4 points: 1. To adjust business operating steam; 2. To strengthen enterprise management; 3. To focus on personnel training; 4. To strengthen brand building. Specific requirements have been placed to each departments based on the fore-said developing theory.
After the meeting, the group management held a special discussion, focusing on two topics: sporadic labor cost control and management planning on site progress, quality and safety. From the perspective of their respective work, the employees analyzed the problems and put forward suggestions. Constructive opinions have been collected, which is conducive to comprehensively improving the level of management, control and operation.
In future work, the staff of the group will implement and promote the brand strategy of the enterprise with a high sense of responsibility and urgency as usual, establish and improve the system and mechanism, and establish a strong brand awareness. By learning the knowledge of modern enterprises management, understanding the development situation of domestic and foreign construction industry, using information network, Huayan Group is aimed to build its cultural brand, thereby constantly improving the corporate image and profile.
